Royalty Carpet Mills Committed To Quality And Service
Camelot is your home for fashion, sophistication and performance. Our
wide selection of fashion-forward styles is sure to spark your creative
instinct. We use only the finest materials and superior workmanship to
create innovative designs and unsurpassed quality.
For over forty-five years, Royalty’s success at meeting the needs of
the retail and builder communities has made us one of the largest and
most experienced privately owned carpet manufacturers in the country.
Since 1963, we have built a quality reputation for on-time delivery and
top quality products at an excellent value.
The acquisition of Camelot Carpet Mills in 1999 enabled us to expand
our residential product offerings to include Camelot’s high end, highly
styled and highly sophisticated point of view. Camelot, founded as a
family-owned company was the perfect addition to the Royalty family of
companies because they were already a mill committed to quality, value,
service and the environment.
Quality, service and dependability have propelled Royalty from a
small distributorship to one of the largest residential carpet mills in
the United States. From our initial West Coast concentration, we have
gradually expanded our market areas to all corners of the United States
and Canada, as well as the Asian and European markets.
Royalty was recently presented with the 2009 Floor Covering News and
World Floor Covering Association Award of Excellence. This award is
based on votes from over 6,000 carpet retailers, distributors, interior
designers and installers, honoring Royalty for being the top carpet
manufacturer of its size. The customers were asked to make their
selection using the following criteria: “Service, Professionalism of
Sales Force, Management Responsiveness, Value, Product Design, B2B,
Handling of Claims, and Ease of Doing Business”.
Mike Derderian, president of Royalty Carpet Mills, stated, “We are
thrilled to have been recognized with the 2009 Award of Excellence. It
was a great and unexpected honor, and we will strive to conduct our
business according to the standards that this award represents.”
I highly do NOT recommend SD flooring! The countertops were installed and were two completely different colors! It’s been months trying to get it fixed. They have no customer service, are highly unreliable and we are extremely disappointed! - By Alyssa W
I had a good experience with SD Flooring Center & Design. I had done work with them about 6 months ago they offered some good quality products. Most recently, there was a little change on the pricing, but everything else was definitely great. Overall, I enjoyed the customer-friendly staff and they were very easy to work with. They offer good quality products and I'm happy to be a customer for them. - By Jeff F
I did not like the wood flooring that they delivered to me, I tried to refuse it but they had unloaded it before they brought in a sample for me to approve. I was charged an extra 1.00 per square foot for water proofing that they didn't apply. The carpet that they installed has stretched out so I will need to hire someone to re-stretch it. The wood flooring is thin and is wearing out. Overall awful experience. - By Suzanne C
